10 reasons to become a MHOA-NJ Member
Individual Memberships
Membership in MHOA-NJ is open to all residents living
in a manufactured housing in New Jersey. Dues are $20 per year payable
to MHOA-NJ which gives you the right to attend all MHOA-NJ meetings, workshops
and conventions. You will also recieve the quarterly MHOA-NJ newsletter,
the annual New Jersey Manufactured Housing Policy and Legislative Brief,
E-alerts and have access to the NJ MH Hotline. Additionally we are always
looking to enhance the value of membership so we welcome suggestions about
how to do this.
If you are not currently a member of MHOA-NJ once you become a member
we will notify your chapter organization (if there is one in your community,
if not you can form one). Some chapters collect MHOA-NJ membership fees
and annual dues and collectively send them to the statewide organization.
This is a cost effective way for your State organization to communicate
with you. If you have a community chapter we will make arrangements for
the collection of annual dues or we will send renewal notices directly
to you. Your membership package will be sent by return mail upon receipt
or application.
