Individual Memberships (MHOA-NJ has both individual memberships and Chapter Memberships)*

Membership in MHOA-NJ is open to all residents living in manufactured housing in New Jersey. Membership is open to homeowners and to non-homeowner residents. Homeowners are regular members and non-homeowners are associate members. Dues are now $12 per year for regular individual members and for associate members. We have reduced our dues during these difficult economic times. Dues are payable to MHOA-NJ which gives you the right to attend all MHOA-NJ meetings, workshops, and conventions. You will also receive the quarterly MHOA-NJ newsletter, the annual New Jersey Manufactured Housing Policy and Legislative Brief, E-alerts, and have access to the MHOA-NJ Hotline. Additionally, we are always looking to enhance the value of membership so we welcome suggestions about how to do this.

If you are not currently a member of MHOA-NJ once you become a member we will notify your chapter organization (if there is one in your community, if not you can form one). Some chapters collect MHOA-NJ membership fees and annual dues and collectively send them to the statewide organization. This is a cost-effective way for your State organization to communicate with you. If you have a community chapter we will make arrangements for the collection of annual dues or we will send renewal notices directly to you.

    MHOA-NJ has access to a growing pool of lawyers, policy, planning and housing professionals. We are a terrific resource for information. If we don’t know something, we have the resources to find out about it.

    Groups can afford to do what individuals cannot afford to do. When you join MHOA-NJ your dues are nominal. The impact of any financial burden is spread out among thousands of homeowners.
